Board of Directors

The Board of Skipti manages the Company’s general affairs and endeavours to keep the organisation and operations consistent with the its mission and strategy. The Board of Directors directs company affairs; it works to ensure that the Company’s organisation and activities are in good order at all times and that accounting and the handling of the Company’s funds are sufficiently supervised.

This board was chosen without election on last AGM, 27th of March 2008 and will sit through this year term.
