Skipti's Prospectus published
An IPO will take place on 10-13 March 2008, prior to the listing of Skipti hf. on OMX ICE. Kaupthing Bank hf. and Exista hf. will offer up to 2,210,526,316 existing shares in Skipti hf., which represent 30% of the company's issued share capital. The Offering will start at 10:00 GMT on Monday 10 March 2008 and finish at 16:00 GMT on Thursday 13 March 2008.
